Why coach coding exists.

I have been shipping software for over 30 years. The last few years, I have been doing it with AI. Not as a novelty. As my primary workflow. Every single day.

I work with multiple companies on dozens of projects every week. Teachers, students, nonprofits, founders, small business owners, developers, designers, CEOs, CTOs, product managers, marketers, researchers, and freelancers. I help them ship real solutions with AI.

I kept seeing the same pattern. Someone builds something genuinely useful with Cursor, or Lovable, or Bolt. It works. They are excited. Then they try to ship it. Auth breaks. The database has no migrations. There is no deployment pipeline. There is no monitoring. The code looks fine until you need to change something and the whole thing falls apart.

The problem is not the AI tools. The tools are great. The problem is that building software has always been hard in specific, predictable ways, and AI does not know which corners you cannot cut. A person who has shipped production software hundreds of times does.

Coach coding is my answer to that pattern. You keep using AI. You keep moving fast. But you have someone beside you who has seen every way a project can go wrong, catching the problems before they cost you time and money.
